His consultancy experience includes creating business strategies and action plans, revising policies, reviewing procedures, and creating job descriptions and organizational structures. He also has experience in developing and implementing performance management systems, running training needs analysis, and assessing projects. The company is also involved in commercial activities and general trade of clothing and food products. Altın Kartal was established in 2015 and is based in Avcılar, Istanbul.
