Legal Consultancy Framework Agreement Tender For 12 Months

Tender instructions:

1.    Interested law firms can obtain tender documents by stating their expression of interest via sending email to; procurement.tender@watan.foundation  with subject line

“ RFQ 2003045 Legal Consultancy  ’’(This is the only way to obtain RFQ, law firms sending email to other email addresses will be disqualified)

2.    Completed documents must be submitted no later than 24/03/2020 through the following ways;

a.    Via tender email: secure.offer@watan.foundation with subject line “  RFQ 2003045 Legal Consultancy  ’’

b.   By hand delivery in sealed envelopes marked “   RFQ 2003045 Legal Consultancy  ’’ to a tender box located at WATAN Gaziantep Office, Mücahitler Mah. Gazi Muhtarpaşa Blv. Yasem İş Mrk. No:44/F Şehitkamil/Gaziantep  (Between Notary 1 and Türkiye Finans Bank)

3.    WATAN has all the rights to accept or reject any incomplete bid document.  After the above stated deadline, quotations sent will not be accepted.

4.    All bids must include total price, bid validity, payment terms, and delivery terms.

5.    All bids must be splitted into technical proposal and financial proposal
