Enhancement of Institutional and Administrative Capacity of Directorate of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Research Centre

To enhance institutional and administrative capacity of Directorate of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Research Centre (DoTMC Research Centre) aiming to promote research development and innovation in transport sector, to ensure continuous grant management mechanism in general for an effective, timely and regular development of transport sector and to promote DoTMC Research Centre’s networking and cooperation with other stakeholders.
The services to be provided will include:
— preparation of bylaws/necessary legislative documents/guidelines, internal procedures/process regarding regulatory functions of DoTMC Research Centre,
— training and capacity building,
— publicity and visibility activities.
