The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is
committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of IOM Turkey’s Programs and Operations, and following the activities and the demands, IOM
purchases considerable amounts of air tickets for transporting its staff and beneficiaries (Migrants and Refugees)
throughout the different destinations, whether domestic and/or international – see below historical statistics as a sample
reflecting the volume of the past three years – and in that respect, IOM invites interested and eligible Travel Agencies
to submit Proposals for the provision of air tickets and as per the guidelines of this RfP.

The Service Provider (or the Travel Agent) will be selected based on considerations outlined in this RFP.
This RFP includes Instructions to the Service Provider, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that
Service Providers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their Proposals for consideration by IOM.
The Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the reception of IOM Ankara Office (address above – Attn:
Logistics /Procurement Unit) or e-mailed to Procurement Ankara at ProcurementAnkara@iom.int no later than 3.00
pm on Wednesday the 5th of February 2020. No late proposal shall be accepted.

Proposals submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. IOM reserves the right to reject the whole or part
of any or all Proposals based on the fulfilment of the provisions described in this RfP.
Service Provider which does not receive notification before the 20th of February 2020 can consider their proposals
unsuccessful.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all Proposals
at any time prior to award of the Agreement, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Service Providers
or any obligation to inform the affected Service Providers of the ground for IOM’s action.
