She has worked to design and implement new and improved approaches to expenditure management, grant optimization, risk, and people management.
Hilal is a dual British and Turkish national who is fluent in Turkish and English. She is fully versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with many years of grants financial management in the non-profit sector. She is extremely adept across the major suites of accounting and financial management software.
