Refik Baykal joined Building Markets in August 2021 as the Graphic Design and Communication Coordinator. Coming from a design and advertising background, Refik works with team members to deliver excellent graphic and visual content.
After studying industrial design at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, Refik worked in advertising as an assistant, became a senior artist, and worked as a freelance visual designer before joining the team.
